The Jamison Views Restaurant provides an ever-changing menu of fine cuisine, our chefs using only the freshest of in-season ingredients. The soothing sounds of our resident pianist, Alan Johnson, who plays a gentle blend of popular, light classical & romantic melodies has entertained guests in our cocktail bar and restaurant since 1980 every Saturday night.
