(formerly owner of Atlantis Restaurant at Trinity Beach) was a private chef for banker Richard Dryfus and cooked for celebrities like Lady Spencer, Arthur Cohn, Liz Taylor and the prince of Malta.
Markus Ryf
formerly Head Chef of the Sebel Reef House at Palm Cove and Sous Chef at the Thala Lodge in Port Douglas and before he was a chef in one of the best five star resorts in Grand Montana, Switzerland. He cooked for Brigitte Bardot, Demi Russo and Jean Paul Bellmondo.
