SWEEPING OCEAN AND WHITE WATER VIEWS
Every room in this unusual Bed & Breakfast looks out over the Great Otway National Park to the Great Southern Ocean with panoramic views to Point Roadknight, Arthur's Seat, the Cape Schank light, and the open seas. Located 90 minutes from Melbourne at the very start of the spectacular Great Ocean Road.

CONSTRUCTION
Cimarron was built in the late 1970s of large, hand-hewn local timbers (Mountain Ash and Messmate) with wooden pegs and ship-lap joins. A latter day architectural folly! All guests are invited to relax in the large living area which features vaulted ceilings of Canadian Hemlock. Upstairs rooms are connected by balconies and an internal bridge. The walls of the house display the owner's unusual collection of indigenous art from around the world.

ACCOMMODATION
Cimarron has three comfortable and very private guest rooms: Blue, Eagle and Cloister. All rooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, video and tv, and private bathrooms.

Eagle: A large luxurious upstairs room with panoramic ocean views in one direction and the Great Otway National Park in another. Gourmet continental breakfast. Additional fold out single bed.

Blue: A wonderfully cozy upstairs room nestled in the tree tops. Panoramic ocean views from the plush queen-size futon. En suite spa bath. Our most popular room. Gourmet continental breakfast. Additional fold out single bed.

Cloister: Spacious downstairs room opening onto an attractive north facing patio with ocean views. Private Entrance. Fridge, toaster and coffee making facilities. Breakfast hamper only. Barbecue available.
