Botanica is a private, three queen-bed roomed accommodation suite in an established farm house overlooking the National Park at Flinders. The entrance hall breakfast room, sitting room and queen size bedroom all look onto your own large established garden with rolling lawns.
You are accompanied by 2 solar powered alarm clocks (roosters) and their bevvy of egg laying ladies, ducks, geese and Andrew Peacock.
30 Chianina cattle (the Arnold Swartsnegars of the cattle world) graze the slopes, and one bucket reared bull who thinks he's a vegetarian dog, enjoys a scratch behind the ears.
Botanica is dog friendly and gay friendly Bed & Breakfast Farmstay accommodation in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula. Dogs on leads or very strict voice command only please.
There is a choice of queen sized futon or queen sized conventional bed in the two bedrooms. Botanica can accommodate 2 couples travelling together, but a singe couple has exclusive occupancy. There is an electric BBQ provided.
The entrance hall/breakfast room has microwave, tea/coffee mailing facilities, living room TV and video with a selection of videos, CD player, with a selection of CDs, and bar fridge.
Botanica has its own entrance and under cover car parking for 2 cars. A mega cooked breakfast is provided if you wish to over do things, otherwise a continental self help is included within the tariff. Other meals can be provided if needed.
